I actually haven't read it yet. The manga I'm into ATM that aren't One Piece are One Punch Man, Guyver, Jagaaaaaan, Downfall and Dr. Stone.

Dr. Stone's great! I knew it was gonna be awesome the moment I found out that Riichiro Inagaki writes for it, since he wrote Eyeshield 21, my favorite manga (Shame about the shitty anime, though).
Also, I really like Taiju. And I gotta say, given his physical abilities and mannerisms, he makes the perfect caveman. XD

The manga is freaky weird as One Piece because everyone has superpowers, and their appearances looks different. One has a crow's head but can control the darkness, a busty girl who wears a one piece outfit as a hero costume because her powers involves creating objects out of her skin, and it has the best timing of action sequences.
Also it has the best protagonist, rival, love interest, and does better at balancing out the lots of characters without over crowding them. I suggest checking out the anime if you're interested, or read the manga to get some familiarity.

For some reason I ended up here today, even though I haven't been checking DA so often, and I read your tweets. Just wanted to say... KEEP GOING, MAN! I've been around where you are right now. I know it's hard to see it, but there is a way out. Can't show you the way, though. It's up to you and whoever is helping you with this battle to find it. But you will.
There's always someone listening. You don't know me, I only know some of your work. Even so, I happened to be here and heard it. And yes, some days the fight will feel pointless, but that's just what depression makes you feel. Don't be fooled. It's never a losing battle if you keep struggling.
I really like your drawings and your sense of humor, BTW. Love that picture with April and Shredder on one page and Misfire on the other. Always makes me chuckle.
