Oh! You are an angel...but you don't have to do anything you don't want to do! I would love to see any scene come to life really. It's a strange thing trying to convey the images I see in my head so clearly onto paper, into words. I feel like I don't do the story justice. But anyway...
So I would leave that decision up to you if you so choose to draw something.
But regardless of that, I still must commend you on your exceptional skills. I LOVE the detail you put into things and the life you bring to your work. It really just makes me happy.

My age must be affecting my memory. The scene beneath the tree...? If I recall there were plenty of scenes beneath trees.
As for the others, I'll get right to work on them! I especially have a good idea for the Beorn one. XD
Once we get to that ghost scene, you should drop a hint what it is so I'll know. In a way that'd be great, so the emotions and such are still vivid in my mind.
On that note, I got bored enough to read some of the comments other people left on your story. Some of them are...strange. And that's saying a lot compared to mine. XD

hahaha...yes some of the comments are strange! I particularly find one commenter interesting. She talks about how she can't keep reading because it will spoil the movie and then somehow Beorn turns into an ent? There have been others, but...yeah...
And if you really wanted to read ahead, I do actually have this story posted somewhere else. I only recently started posting on ff.net. But if you're keen on waiting, whenever I get to that particular chapter, I'll drop a hint your way!
And the scene I was talking about was from the chapter 'Beneath a Tree' and it's the end portion really. Here's the scene:
βPlease,β Thorin murmured, βLet him rest near me. Iβll keep an eye on him.β
Oin gave Thorin a questioning look but nodded and gently tucked the unconscious creature near Thorinβs side, under the cool tree shade before he and Ori retreated to the bubbling stream to refresh themselves with strict orders for Thorin to shout if he needed anything.
Thorin stared down at the sleeping form nestled next to him. Very carefully, he adjusted his arm to allow his sleeping charge to rest his head on Thorin's shoulder. And for a long time he gazed at the mop of blonde curls still flecked with copper from blood, each bruise and scrape that marred the hobbitβs pale face, committing them to memory. And then he sighed.
What a fine mess heβd created.

Oh yes, now I remember! That was a pretty touching scene...until he finds out she's a girl and starts acting like a dictator. TnT
That one can actually be fairly simple since the only background I'd have to draw is the tree itself. I like this a lot. XD

It's amazing how some peoples' thought processes work sometimes, lol. Some tend to believe the movie's storyline over the book's simply because the books take too long to read. And it's boring when an author sticks so closely to any canon, I believe that's a good part of what makes your story so entertaining. Besides the character development and such.
As for the comments it's really no problem, it's fun putting my two pretty pennies in.
