Well Rend in his character does have amnesia... And I didn't actually finish that STORY story (planned out not drawn out)

the problem is that there are still duelers who kill off everyday commoners like ants: Elise, Nazro, Clemintine, The tenryu-shobatsu, Gu. NO Retired dueler is safe, they still have to fight to protect the simple peace they've found.

That's true.... A sort of freedom fighting... And even then defending can become into a form of attack just like the duelers to commoners.

I'm sure there's SOME decent duelers in the SDL!

The had- sky scraper. It's kinda like a block- might get in the way.

I see that everything is in order- just put it all together! There are a lot of swapable points in a Kamen rider design- overlap these designs on a bland template and see how it's put together!

Learn ways around that- You don't have to vector (that was ,ust a suggestion.).

Build yourself up in practicing drawing and show yourself what you can do!
