I believe that just means that there's bunch of people on the server at the same time, and that there's a small transfer rate. I'm not sure how to fix it, but maybe changing the file of the image can help.

Is the avatar saved as a PNG file? Try saving it as a JPEG if it is. If that doesn't work, save it as a GIF. And if /that/ doesn't work? Then I don't know. lol XD

(On my computer. the image is 2KB big, so I don't think it should exceed 15KB...)

I would go see that movie multiple times, and then buy the DVD of it... uncut, director's addition version. (And the last part of that sounded so wrong, and I didn't mean it like that. xD)
