“You can see it with your own eyes Sophie. Keeping James alive in his own universe is destroying the universe we built after we defeated Lord Hamuel” Leighseach spat as she said the evil beings name. “That beast nearly destroyed all of creation. We defeated him at an extremely high personal cost to us all, but Sophie by dragging this out with James you threaten to undo all that we have struggled to set right. Surely you understand this” Leighseach asked just as a major fracture appeared on the world's viewer they stood over. Followed by several more spider webbing off of that fracture. Each fracture represented an anomaly on that world. The larger the fracture the more serious the anomaly. The longer the fracture the more impact it would hold over that version of earth.
Through sobs Sophie agreed “I know it, but Leighseach it’s James.”
“I know dearest but you tried to remove all of the original anomalies and in doing so you created League of Her Own
“HUT, HUT” Savannah shouted setting the play into motion, with the football being snapped quickly from the center up into her hands. One step, two step, three step. The pocket set up quickly as her line held up well. The slot receiver to her right came open over the middle and with a quick smooth over head motion she brought her arm forward and with a little flick of her wrist she released the ball and it zipped over the outstretched arms of the closest defender and into the hands of the wide open receiver who tucked the ball under her arm and turned upfield.
That was the last thing she saw before being smashed harshly from behind and then pounded down into the turf. Her helmet and her breasts collided with and bounced off the hard ground beneath her.
The large woman who had hit her, shoved her helmet roughly into the ground as she started to get up. The crowd roared, and the woman kneed Savannah in the breasts as she started to get up and yelled down at her “you thin
