I made them out of a cedar fence board I got at Home Depot! It took like three or four months of weekends to make the just right. The finer details are all craft foam and I used leftovers from my coat lining to make the ribbon between them and to bind the handles.

nono, i should thank you, i was in a bit of an art block, you helped me out and i was able to go home and draw! Aww, i wish i could have but Saturday i was awake at 4 in the morn and getting my butt in gear to go on a vacation that lasted till today.
