Go for it if you want to, no-one should stop you. However, it lies completely out of my area of interest, so there's almost no chance I'll do anything related to it, but that doesn't mean yours and others' enjoyment of such things is not valid!

I understand it sounds a bit out of nowhere for me to ask that, I just find your artwork to be very good, especially in the shading, the tone, the way the characters almost look 3 dimensional.

I do take requests, though I tend to be rather selective. The Chrysalis picture is actually the last one I'll do for a while. I need some time off, not from art, but simply to catch up on learning things. If your request is reasonable and I'm in a good mood, there's a good chance I might do it, though beware, I do like to take my time. Hit me up in a few weeks to increase your chances (I can't do things on a very short notice because of uni atm.)

Oh, okay. I completely understand about the uni thing.
Is it okay if I tell what it is now? You see, I base Changeling society of old traditional Japanese society and culture, as seen in my fanfiction 'Maternal Instinct'. What I'm asking specifically is a 'family photo' kind of picture of a kimono clad Chrysalis and her daughter, Princess Pupa. I would recommend reading the first chapters of Maternal Instinct to get a good feel of it.
But I will hit you up in a few weeks as you said. Thank you very much for taking the time to hear me out and I hope you will find my request interesting and reasonable.

Thanks. While I appreciate your gesture, I'm just too swamped at the moment. There are things I need to finish IRL, as well as a few other requests/obligations/ideas for others and for myself.
I could do a small request(a full art trade is somewhat intimidating for me), message me in about a month and I'll see if there's anything I can do.
