I am going take this post as a spam, because you can't just post to someone that you want to be friends and at the same time wanting them to check out your gallery... That's not how friendship starts... At least not for me, because it looks like you just want watchers....

No, no, there is nothing wrong with that. It is just the way that you approach it that rubbed me the wrong way, usually people would start by commenting on the other person's work and move from there, like inviting the other person to check their own gallery because they share the same interest. 

But if approaching others like this work for you then it is ok, ignore this one person that didn't work with (me).

By the way, I did check your gallery and is pretty good stuff.
