Hi, thank you for the watch. I've gone through your gallery and I think that you've got some pretty interesting style that is worth developing.
If you have photoshop or any other image editing software you can tweak some of your drawings there so they stand out, like making the colours brighter or having more contrast and so on. That could give greater quality to your works.

It is the fist time I have been deviant art in about a year, so I think it is safe to say that I have improved signifgantly since my last posting.

You can also try browsing for tutorials in Youtube that can help you out a lot. It depends on what you are looking for, but you'll always find useful stuff.
Something I always do is ask people here in Deviantart how they made their works or specific details about them (what thechniques they used, with what software / materials etc...). You can learn a looot from people that post stuff here.

Ouuch, hands are reaally hard to draw. BUT that does not mean you should not draw them or give up, actually if there is something that you can't draw then that is what you should be practicing the most.
I suggest you take pictures of your own hands (or anyone else's) in different and often weird positions as much as you can (by taking these pictures you wont have to twist your arm for 45 minutes until you finish your drawing 
Also, draw all sizes, colours and shapes. Girls, boys, old people, skeletons, muscles, anything that comes to mind. That way you will have versatility and that is something VERY valuable in an artist.
and finally, practice, practice practice practice. and when you are done, practice more.
I suck at drawing hands. but my hands are better than my feet, so you can imagine how they look XD

And omigosh feet. I hate feet. This is why my people like to wear shoes. Cause I can actually draw shoes
Hands and feet are probably the most intricate part of the anatomy...and t'is why its so complicated.
