It does happens year around. Yes it is. I'm excited for Halloween this month. I'm gonna go as Pablo from Dora and Friends: Into The City. It's a spin off from Dora the Explorer. You should cosplay as Twilight Sparkle for Halloween this month. I bet the Trick-or-Treaters will recognize you as Twilight Sparkle while you're handing out candies. Kids really love My Little Pony don't you think?

That's okay. I'm a fan of Dora and Friends: Into The City. Especially My Little Pony. I'm planning to cosplay as Pablo again at Anime Boston 2016 next year. I'm also gonna find Fluttershy cosplayers and have picture with them. It'll be awesome. I like Fluttershy. I alway wanted to have a Fluttershy and Pablo cosplay picture moment together.
