Yes, I'm currently taking requests as a fresh start and in practical purposes.  

Well, there isn't much rules or conditions for anybody to ask for requests, for now....
however, I do not accept lewd or nude pictures as a requests.... 

you can ask me to draw anything like: 
characters from cartoon, anime series.
portrait pictures of yourself or family, friends...
buildings, architecture...

And no charge will be given for that. It's all free.

Every requests I've received, I will directly update on my Devart profile and Facebook. Mostly on my facebook coz I'm quite active there....
