Nah, your art is pretty good! I like it. :3 There would be a little tip for you: when you color something, why not use watercolour? I bet it would look even better. :9 Or pastel chalk. Don't want to sound mean but when you color something with colored pencils it just doesn't o your art justice, you know what I mean?

As for coloring... yeah, I get what you're saying, but I actually don't even have the money to get good shtuff. > . > I can only work with that I've got. Birthdays/Christmas I can ask for that kind of stuff, and better paper and pencils too, but really I have less than the basics on me. XD

They really are good!
Don't worry, if you can't use watercolours nor pastel chalk, it's really no problem. Just make sure it looks smoother when you color your art.

Well if you mean programs, yes, they are easier. (At least if you can handle the computer mouse or you buy yourself a tablet.)

I'm using Paint Tool SAI. It's not cheap, tho. :/
