It's difficult to talk about. I'm getting a CAMHS worker regarding an eating disorder. I've been watching videos on the CAMHS website and symptoms of Anorexia Nervosa are alarmingly what I have.

Wow, thats pretty scary.
I'm a terribly picky eater, and i hate that about myself, and i'm reallyreally skinny, not so skinny that i look like i should be in a hospital, but pretty skinny. you can make a circle with your thumb and your pinkie and my wrist fill fit inside it, with a little room.
But I know what your going through.

I told my mum about what I was feeling and she agreed. She thinks I have anorexia :c
We told the dietician and she was mega happy that I admitted it.

Do you look in the mirror and think your overweight? Cause anorexia is a brain/eating condition where you think your overweight but your really not.

It's not so much when I look straight at the mirror, it's more when I turn side-on and look. It's also when I look down at my body in the shower.

I haven't told anyone but my mum, sister and Dietician. I'm not going to tell any of my school-friends either. I know what sort of disrespect I'd get from my peers, so I'd rather keep it to myself. It took quite a lot for me to realise there was a problem, and obviously people aren't as open-minded as I'd like to think they are. Even my friends :<

I'm like that, except its with how skinny i am. I hate it. It scares me really, but i feel fine and i'm pretty healthy i guess, i just look sickly. But i guess its the same for you just the opposite, and its pretty hard c:

Yeah i wouldn't recommend telling anyone at school, you'd probably get bullied a lot about it, i already get asked almost 5 times a day at school if i'm bulimic or anorexic. And its already hard enough for you.

OMG really? I've been asked about being bulimic. It really upset me.
It was because I had to eat with a retainer, and straight after lunch at school I would go into the disabled toilet and remove my brace and clean my teeth. People were talking about me, saying they could hear me retch. It was sickening.

Yeah, me too :c Theres this girl in all my classes who talks about me a lot and pretends to be my friend, and she
went around and told everyone i was anorexic
and she would know cause shes my 'friend'. And people
were coming up to me giving me dirty looks and stuff.
That's really horrible >: I never go to the bathroom at all during school cause i just don't like to, our bathrooms are disgusting.

It's ridiculous at my school. We all go to the bathroom just to LOOK at ourselves in the mirror (complain about our faces/spots/hair/etc.). We always say 'ooh I need the toilet!' when really all we want to do is look in the mirror. I don't think any of us are vain, maybe the opposite!
