oh, and '-san' is a japanese honorific that is the equivalent to mr, mrs, ms, and miss. basically you just use it for someone who you consider to be your equal. if i considered you to be of a higher status than me, then i would refer to you as taha-sama. if you were my teacher, then i would call you taha-sensei. i could also call you taha-kun, which is an honorific used with boys' names, but it's meant to express familiarity or endearment, so i don't think that it is the appropriate honorific to use. if you were my senior in a group or organization, then i would refer to you as taha-sempai. if you were inferior to me, then i would call you taha-kohai. there's also '-chan', which expresses endearment, mostly towards girls, '-dono', which is comes from the word 'tono' which means 'lord', and is used to convey utmost respect, and 'nee-chan/nii-chan', which are older sister and older brother respectively.

so, did you like your lesson in japanese honorifics? don't be surprised if i call you taha-san tomorrow!

yeah, i'm alright now. i'll be coming to school tomorrow. i have all my favourite subjects on fridays! but the only bad thing is that mrs facey isn't letting us do practical tomorrow in music because we have to prepare for some aural exam or something like that, so music tomorrow is going to be really boring. oh well. at least we get to watch more of henry v with kenneth branagh in it, so tomorrow won't all be bad. except for the fact that we have the rest of our history test tomorrow. i've been studying all day for it! i hope it pays off. by the way, do you remember what the questions were for parts c) and d) of the mark weber document analysis? i've completely forgotten.

I think the questions c) and d) were about giving historians opinions on why Weber was wrong or why the Holocaust actaully did happen and I think d) was how these holocaust denial views came about. trust me. it really should happen.

omg fma: brotherhood is really confusing, cos it doesn't follow on from the first series. what happened with the first series is that it follows the manga up until about halfway through and then it follows as different storyline made up by the animation people because the writer of fma didn't want the rest of the series to follow the manga, and so the weird thing about fma: brotherhood is that it doesn't follow on from the first series at all. instead, it pretty much goes back to the start of the manga and follows the manga all the way through with only a few minor changes.

omg! the last episode is so sad, especially the last 5-10 minutes of it. oh yeah, watch the movie after you watch the last episode and then watch the OVA's because the movie follows on from the series and the OVA's follow on from the movie.

yay!!! vampire knight is really good! i actually think the manga is better, but the anime is still pretty good. and zero, one of the two main guys in vampire knight, has the same voice actor as edward!!!
