I've lived here sence Andrew and its quite a hecktic place to be. From a students' point of view: the public transportation is just plain out not happening so plan on having a car. I guess you can say very fast paced. Yes, its a change from a small town specialy when you consider your evening and weekend activities. There's just never enough time to do it all. Hope you dont mind the heat! In the summer it can get quite sticky and just darn hot. But, then again theres beaches all around! At the very least its gona be a learning experience you'll never forget.

i love summer! and dont worry where i live is very fast paced, i live near washington DC so believe me. i know what bad traffic is, i am just sick of winter, and i love florida. miami seems fun to live in
