I'm enjoying it, but the late game difficulty curve needs a serious tweak. Getting tired of being 1 and 2 shotted bu random mobs while wearing my best gear....

To tell the truth I didn't even notice.  But it was drawn back in the .... 30's, 40's, I think, maybe 50's, it was decorative, don'cha think?  I was thinking more, Polecat would love her outfit

The auto-chariots attempts were very remedial, and didn't go very far. Think closer to early WW1 bi-planes (and a fervent desire to keep the same basic shape of the chariot) before it was terminated as unfeasable.

It was rudimentary. After all, they don't have horseless carriages yet, so the idea of a self-propelled machine hasn't really caught on. The Specials are an anacronism...
