Oh my gosh... I was looking back at earlier chapters of FT, and I saw the first drawing of Narpuding (is it me, or does that sound like a combination of Narwhals and pudding?), AND HE LOOKS SO CREEPY!! It's in page 6 of "crime sorcere" or however it's spelled.

My theory is that dragons typically do not ride vehicles, therefore they are not used to the feeling of vehicles, therefore they get sick. Because dragon slayers are physically alike in many ways to dragons, they also get motion sickness. However, dragons have to use their wings to fly. Almost every dragonslayer (actually, every dragonslayer except Luxus, he's too awesome to play by the rules) has an exceed (or flying snake), whose wings stimulate the experience of flying as a winged dragon. Yup
