Hi, I guess you mean UAE, well I'm not local and spend just few month there per year. But my advice to visit it from middle of march to middle of may. or september to december. But in Dec is too cold to swim, but comfortable to walk outside. Its really cheap to visit it in summer, because all hotels including luxury have really low prices this time, but Dont visit it in Ramadan month, because It's not allow to eat at day time outside this month, even for tourists.
