Firstly, I am going to gather all the rice i can find. next, i shall put it in oceans, lakes, rivers, streams, ponds and even puddles. Next, I shall Wait until all the water is sucked up. Then there will be no water. Next, eliminate all hot water heaters, just in case. Without water, jello is impossible to make, and those who make lemon jello somehow must surrender it for consumption before it gets out of hand. Lemon jello is the one we really need to keep an eye on. All lemon jello factories will sponaniously combust on purpose and then people can have their water back after we make sure no one has any lemon jello left over.
