it's been a while since this, but i suppose my day wasn't as bad as it could have been! i had a presentation for a class that didn't go terribly, so! all in all, a win.Β

Been reading some of your poems and am impressed with their simple, haunting quality. Love your aim to inspire kindness in others but not sure how you plan to do that in these poems.

As for inspiring kindness, I consider myΒ poetry to be my Sadness.Β
Everything else that I do β the way I speak to people, the way I act, my actions,
etc, etc β that's mostly how I try to inspire kindness. I like to be as good as I
can be. But no one's perfect, so β that's where my poetry comes in, for me.
I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I guess I'm not necessarily using my poetry to inspire kindness.
At the very least, maybe it'll bring about a level of understanding that everybody hurts.Β
A girl can dream, haha.

i am excited for you! i did like a 4-5 hour move. it's not too far, and i can go home easily enough if i need to, but it was a big change for me. i understand, in my own way, your nervousness.
but i promise you that for me, moving away and going to a school i loved was! the best decision. i really like the independence.
