well actually I've never really noticed when DA lies. 
i think its because i never read the site update reports.
but i'm the calm, happy-go-lucky "why not" person so i don't have much problems about thing.
i just keep my eyes open but never forget to blink. (if you get what i mean)

But I guess the main reason why I get so pissed off at them pretending to give out premium is because that is one thing I really really want but no matter what, I will never be able to afford it.

one word/answer to your problems "commissions" well point commissions to be precised.
draw up some examples of your art. start off with cheep commissions. when i was doing them i started with the max price at 20 points for full body but once my art got better i could bump it up slowly to 200 points for full body. here look at my previous journal: fav.me/d6kx4pf
