you're welcome!! i think your sketches are amazing. they're also really...non-smudgy [haha cant think of really how else to describe it]. when i took sketch, all my pictures would be smudged & the side of my hand would be black by the end of it.

but basically ur amazingly talented

Hehe, well if u want a tip in how to non-smudge ur pic AND ur hand, the first thing I was taught when i started art all those years ago, was always have a plain piece of paper to lean on whilst you draw. I was also told if your right-handed to work from top-left to bottom right of your page, (left-handed vice versa) so you dont have this smudge problem, but alot of my pieces tend to work from the middle outwards, so i do find using a plain piece to rest my hand on whilst working across the page really helps. Hope thats a good tip

ive tried starting in the corner when i draw but then my spacing/position of the pic gets really weird, lol. but using a paper under ur hand sounds like a really good idea, thanks!

Ye i loved Tenerife, only the second place I have been on holiday abroad so far, but it was fantastic. Much more scenic than Malta anyway ^^ tho Malta has alot of history.

I have lots of places in mind for my holidays, and Granda sounds like a lovely place to visit too, bet there is loads of interesting places to visit considering its past history

Hey just thought i would check my homepage so bit late replying to u sorry bout that ^^

My fave pencil is my mechanical pencil i use it so much to do the basic sketch or outlines, and also its great for really fine detail like animal whiskers. I do use my other pencils as well for shading etc

the one thing i have had to teach myself is proportions and the size of thepaper i am workin on. i sometimes find it difficult to see how big my drawing will be if i dont map it out lightly first. Also i will always work from the main feeature of a picture which is usually the eyes and work around it, cos i find the eye the most difficult of areas to draw personally so if i can get that right, everything else tends to flow around it.

unn.. i just wanted to drop by and apologeise for my behaviour. i didnt mean to sound mean but you pushed me that way and i useally dont liek fighting. unless i have to then i will lol but i wasnted to say ive been wanting to apologised but i coudlent sence i was banned..
