The last time I checked Saboten-con has issued a security policy about what to do in the event of harrassment. More specifically harrassement by "rachel", ofcourse they didn't mention her name.
I've also been hearing that she's banned from Saboten-con, but i'm not sure. I will definately send that journal entry to them!

Wow, so this has been going on for a long time, huh? That is ridiculous. her handicap is no excuse. If she is cognizant enough to use a computer and stalk people IRL she's conscious enough to know the difference between right and wrong.

I also question the morality of her guardians (so I don't know if talking to them about Rachel's behavior would work)... as they are the ones that took pictures of her nude and helped her post them on this website (I'm pretty sure they were deleted for 'exploiting a handicapped person'.)
