You need to put your app in the application folder them wait a day and see if people want to rp with you, if not. Go find some people. (I can give you some people I rp with who would be happy to rp with you.)

On a cruise it's best to have fun outside :> I remember when I went on a cruise, we went zip-lining, swimming and touring. It was pretty great even thought there was no internet. Some fancy ships have free internet though.
