I had to combine references from 2 different episodes for it, but it turned out better than I thought it would.

I remember episodes in TNG where we see the bridge of the Romulan ship.. (I think) One where Geordi La Forge and Ensign Ro are out of phase and believed dead and another where Diana Troy is kidnapped by the Romulan's to do some undercover work for them.. could they be the episodes..

Deanna's is one. The other that I referenced was an early episode called "Contagion", where an alien computer virus hit the USS Yamato, the Enterprise and a Romulan ship.

It was either the Yamato or the Galaxy. I know it was a ship prior to the Enterprise. the two were in contact when it blew up. The comm signal was how the virus got into the Enterprise computers. It was the first time we saw another Galaxy-class ship besides the Enterprise.
