I for one think that the rules are alittle overbourd but I know that some people can be comeapltly put off what thay are donig if thay get the slightest bit of bad critisisem. and the runners of DA don't want DA to be the reason why some one gives up art or get's upset.
thay can ask for harsh critisism if thay want but thay shoudln't have to put up with it if they don't want it

I have noticed that you only comment when the deviation is a bad one. I know that my skins are bad, but at least I am trying to improve.
