click on that filterkill link... and then (when you're logged off) put dA's web address in it. It assigns a new IP address to you (but you're back to your old one if you don't go through that filterkill web site). It's called ' proxy ' when you use a middle thingy to mask your IP. 
btw it's called filterkill because if you have web restrictions i.e. you can't visit certain sites (which is mostly used on school computers to prevent people from slacking off), then you can still access them.
