That is one cool shot I like it alot! As you may have already seen in my gallery, i too love the sky and the photo opportunities it presents. Your description is exactly what i was going to say about this shot, so ill have to leave you a somewhat shortened comment

The colors are awesome! The intense brightness of the sun beam contrasts nicely with the darkness of the rest of the shot. The bordering is a good addition as well. The only things i would say to improve upon this shot are to increase its size a tad, and try to improve the quality of your scans (as this shot in particular is somewhat pixellated). Just my anyways.

Great job overall!

I'm hoping this site will help me change and grow... i really want to get into photography, poetry, writing, and more. I have looked at this site for a little bit and I can tell it will influence me greatly. I cant wait to look at peoples art and get to know people with the same interests
