I think the wording is a bit condescending to anyone who creates their own art and/who's experienced art theft before.

Not that I'm saying that's what you're doing. Not so much a theft as a violation of copyright. And that's the word. The right to copy. You didn't do it maliciously in any way shape or form, but be a little more cognizant about how you present your points.
