well its not just me
its al people under 13
we are being hunted down so our accounts can be terminated.
this is because of the COPPA act
the COPPA act states that if you let chilled under age 13
on a site that may not be safe or child appropriate (this one fits the category) it is grounds for termination of said website

she is afraid that deveintart will get shut down if we don't find all people 12 and younger on devientart

and she doesn't want any kids with an account getting hurt on this website via~ cyberbullying
