I specifically meant as opposed to commissions because right now I can't budget the expense. But I understand not everyone can do free art for strangers also so that's cool. Where would I find the details on your commission rates when my situation changes?

I have played a daughter of Kurt Wagner and Amanda Sefton on line and I'd like a picture done of her. She is not TJ (aka Nocturne) but a character who appeared in six pannels of New Mutants Annual #6 (although I'd not want her in the uniform she wore in that comic).
