LOL well Sekihan isnt a vocaloid, he's a nico singer. and Piko is a nico singer as well. But, Piko gained so much popularity that one of the Vocaloid maker people made a Vocaloid based on him, named Piko Utatane, which means "sounds like Piko", cuz...that Vocaloid is based off of the nico singer. Piko the nico singer is also the one who provides Piko the Vocaloid's voice.
and any vocaloid can adjust their pitch, because in order to sing, voice pitches have to change somehow, you know? If you mean to ask if Piko is the only Vocaloid that can sound both manly and girly, then yes. He is. Unless you count Len, who is "14 years old" and therefore has a young male voice, which is pretty high. But, no Len is meant to sound young, not girly. BUUUTTT, The Kagamine Twins had an Append version of them released, which gave them more voice options such as "sweet", "cold", "serious", etc. and the Append version makes them sound older, and thereby making Len's voice less high.

thats some crazy talent he got. gotta look up more songs he sang. nah len still sound sorta manly to me in a younger way though he can go deep. haha i wonder how those voice option would sound on them.

lol honestly i never even knew what she was talking about when she asked me to edit two more camp rock songs. so i just kept telling her ill do it later until she stopped bugging me about it. either way our videos sucked monkeys, so its not like those videos would have made a difference...besides i kinda felt like the whole loko1s thing was just another excuse for that girl to boss us around anyways =A=
