well, the first 2 sentences are ok, though it's the same with the question (" geht es dir gut", it's not (bist du tun gut) . tun ist used sometimes like "do", but rarely, it wouldn't be good german. we use "tun" more like..."I put this ball into the box" - "Ich tue den Ball in die Box". stupid example, ok
