It is a .psd file if I remember correctly. Why do you need to covert it? You should download irfanview. It can read all image files, as much as I know and it is free. [link]

My favourite character is definitely Black Star. He is just awesome. Death is also one of my favorites. And of course Maka and Soul. They are just too good. But all the characters are great in my opinion. I just love the weirdness in that show. Too great!
