I'm very sorry for the late reply, i have been procrastinating writing back as i didn't know how to at the time..
I'm flattered that you have asked me, but I cannot consent. In the first place, i do not believe i would be able to create a good enough design that would do you justice and that you would be happy to have permanently plastered to your body. Secondly, I do not feel right supporting the use of tattoos. I believe you would come to regret the choice, it's not something you should do lightly and i wouldn't want to be part of that regret.

I have to ask, whenever you draw, like how you did in "sketch of an anime girl", how did you begin? Did you draw a rough sketch first and start with the face?

nah, i just started with the edges.. i think..
now i do the rough sketch, and normally start with the eyes.

..i think you are improving your face proportions. :hifive: although..i'm not sure i like the hair, it's lovely and curly (gorgeous leetle loose strands) but the top right looks a little odd... *don't kill me*
but, i dunno, that could just be what the characters hair is supposed to look like...
anyway, i REALLY need to get some art done over the holidays (how can they be HALF GONE ALREADY?!) darn my stupid memory! i forgot to grab my art diary from my locker. (you might think why don't i just use a piece of paper, what's the diff...but-but- *sniff* your snow leopard is in it! 
good thing is, i have done one art thingy lately. we still have some clay from the last holiday, so i started to do a clay big cat head (using this pic as kind of a reference [link] it doesn't look anything like it) plus, i closed the eyes (easier for me, but they sure still are really annoying to get symmetrical!)
