any picture image that its the right size should work. you can find some that are already cut down to size on the internet by searching for avatars, or i think thre might be a way to decreases the size of your own picks, but im not sure what that is.

to do your own pics you just reduce teh pixels, thats easy but sometimes it won't let me do a 50x50 square pic. i'll try the internet thing
