it's not fab or special of awesome
but it's not a bad buy as an investment: the building is old but solid 
it's cramped and claustro, but i think that is only due to all the black furniture (imma orange it up as soon as possible
it's 30 m2
and we got the price down to 37.000 ( year ago they started with 51.000 lol and during our course of negotiation they were bargaining for 42.000)
so i think for the price i can forget the fact just being in that place makes me so uncomfortable

omg, my mum accused me of being anorexic AGAIN yesterday. when i say again, i mean ALL DAY. i sat down with this plate of ham/bread/salad at lunch and she gave me this death glare. i then had an OBSCENE amount of marshmallows in chocolate fondue and she STILL gave me death-glares. this woman is OBSESSED.
