but I am sorry about the troubles that plague you. If you're having problems with developing and realizing your characters, maybe you should do a little bit of character exploration and see what comes out. Make detailed profiles, do oc memes, etc. And if some crazy aspect comes out of it, just roll with it and see how it goes.
If Tetti likes to carry around a small bag of almonds and randomly throw them at people, THEN SO BE IT!!! If Kenny has a deathly fear of little red polka dots, THEN HECK WHY NOT?!

Getting to know your characters is the same as getting to know a new friend. You have to hang out with them for a while, see what they do, see how they react and find the little defining aspects that come to the surface . . .

wow - I kinda ranted didn't I? . . . sorry bout that . . . hope it helps, though.

Thank you so much! I'm gonna try those detailed profiles. You're amazing Joanna! I actually teared up at the end of that last comment. And Anna Padilla doesn't cry for just anything or anyone.

Tetti and Kenny actually share a fear of water. Or Aquaphobia. Which makes some since, seeing as they're cats. (if not, partly cats) Thanks for the simile. I'll take that to heart.
I don't mind rants as long as they're for a good cause!

At least I know who to turn to if I ever feel like giving up. Thank you very much. I hope they get there.
