Am just going to just try to use Paint Tool SAI and animate the frames in Windows Movie Maker (Or Adobe After Effects if I get it done before school gets out)

I haven't really tried any software... becasue free trials are quite limited and I has no monies

OpenToonz is free (was used to make Studio Ghibli and Futuroma and such) but I still don't understand how to use it even after watching a few videos... and sadly I don't know if anyone has found out how to export with it (the software just became free and for the public at the end of March) but you could try that

There is also another software called TV something (id have to find it if you wanted tot test it) and it's free trail lets you use it forever for free but you cna't export or something... or the exporting is super limited and the hole software itself is super limited for the trial
