I came on this site to just say a few words. I will admit a reason is because I am emotionally incapable of handling a disagreement that is not sheltered under moderation. Freedom of speech can be quite scary, and it leads us to conflict. And for that reason this will be my only post.

I have been a Five Nights at Freddy's fan since I saw Markiplier let's playing the series for the very first time. I enjoyed it for its subtle nature and atmosphere. It did everything a horror game should while being a breath of fresh air with the inclusion of haunted animatronic characters, a pizzaria setting and all that unique goodness. A lot of games have done unique takes on the genre, and this series is no exception.

The fanbase grew and grew beyond what Scott had probably hoped for. I will admit I am not a fan of fan fiction stuff, but I respect what each fan (scratch that: each person) does to show support and love to what they enjoy. It's admirable. And that isn't to say fans haven't made some quality art, because they have. It just isn't for me you know?

I now know what you are wondering. Why am I here? My best friend (well, she isn't really, but I see her as one) brought me here. I just wanted to give you some honest advice: Never send death threats. This goes to literally anyone and everyone. You don't know who you are saying it to. That someone could be having a hard time for all we know. I know how painful it can be, since I got them from my own sisters. My only support are my parents since I literally have no friends, offline or on due to my social anxiety and how awkward and stupid I am. Because of this, I'm going to be leaving now. I won't mind if anyone starts chatting up especially if you seek emotional help. I know what's it like to feel alone. I have been alone all my life. No best friend, no friends, no loving siblings and no one that really thinks I am a valuable human being. It has crushed me to just being living therapy; mere words on the internet for people to read and most likely shrug off as meaningless.

I guess I just wanted to say, let us all strive to make the Five Nights at Freddy's fanbase one of the most mature fanbases out there. Or at the very least avoid conflict among fans. Let's not make this fanbase a laughing stock.

i do know what he did and i agree it was not appropriate
but how would you feel if you made a mistake you couldn't take back and no one would let you live it down?
i spoke with him and he has learned his lesson
im shore some of you have made mistakes that people bashed you about
so please be the better person and give him a break

Dude, what the fuck? Sending DEATH THREATS? No I'm not talking about the OC'S, I'm talking about REAL people you're sending them to.
You can ACTUALLY GET ARRESTED FOR DOING THAT. You DON'T want that I bet. So you better change your ways if you don't wanna end up in prison.
