Oh wait... I should probably note, mako is Louis. And his powers  are a bit different now...

Now he was a chemist, who fires a variety of liquids through a special gun and tube on his back

orange does damage and burns
green heals
purple slows down enemies and speeds up allies.

His ultimate is that all 3 mix together into a black goo and applies all effects for 3 rounds of ammo
