It is easy, really. You simply need a lot of time and to work on each and every picture for at least 30 hours and yours ll look exactly as detailed (at least they should after a few months of practise). Every artist has his pros and contras. I dont consider myself to be a very improved artist as I still have no clue of perspective and I am barely capable to sketch anything without a precise photo reference. But these things will come too as the time passes

I unfortunately draw from my own mind without references and thus it shows how bad it is. I should actually take the time to use references and like yourself I need to work on perspective. I'm sure if I continue to work at it for another few months..neigh years, I might get a bit better ^^

Lets stick with months. Years sound odd to me as I got into art just 10 months back. Dont know...
If I can come from 0 to where I am now in no longer than 10 months, you should be able to achieve some kind of improvement too in that time.

only started to learn a couple of months ago. Unfortunately I draw digitally.. something that does not come easy to me. I watch the screen without looking at my hands and what I'm doing. I draw better on paper, but I would love to learn to draw digitally, its painful and slow, but I have to persevere if I want to improve.

The change from traditional to digital goes really fast. You simply have to adapt a few techniques and need some practise everyday, or at least every week and you ll become awesome in no time ^^

And As of my drawing skills, it seems like copying a photo-reference is the only thing i am able to do. But I have a decent drawing technique, so nobody notices that I am new to drawing and Art in general.
There are so many flaws and things I have to work on. I never heard of perspective or correct lighting. But you can only see this in the pictures I created without references and there is a reason I haven`t uploaded any of those until now xD
But I ll keep practicing, promised ^^
