just to get your opinion, i'm planning on getting KH2 at the weekend... i wanna play that game (even though i've not finished the first)

What's the gameplay like and the graphics? are they sharper in the second version or just as similar to the first game ?

Sounds way cool! Personally, IMO, the second game is better than the first...

The controls are a bit easier, plus, there's a "reaction" command (which I can never get enough of). And the graphics are slightly better too, compared to the original game.

There are more worlds to visit too... New ones are based from The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Mulan, etc.

And there's also Organization XIII... (cue fangirl squeals! ), but you only meet I, II, III, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XIII (the rest were in Chain of Memories).

KHII branches off a year's span from Chain of Memories, but it's not essential to finish off CoM, but if you're not at least halfway through the first game (I'd at least know who Ansem is from KHI first), or else there'll be a spoiler. I didn't find it a big deal though (since I almost finished KHII before fully completing KHI)...

Though, if you want a hands-on trial, try asking the video game store if you can try it out, or rent it first from a rental shop to see how you like it. Wink/Razz Glancing through guidebooks also help get an idea of what you'd be facing during gameplay.

It's a matter of opinion on that part, as well as what abilities you equip and your level... Xemnas is supposed to be the toughest, but IMO, fighting him is a walk in the park... >3

But for me, I'd say Xaldin, Xigbar, and Demyx (2nd battle) are my toughest ones..... Sweating a little...
