allow me to introduce myself. i am coolbreeze88. a small time comic book artist with a part time job moving on to college.
i also like your "fair use" policy for your art. copy rights stunt ideas. Long live the public domain.
oh i also read on your main profile you could use an art tutor. ill do the best i can to help out if need be.
firstly. you dont neccicarily need physical paint to color your images. their many digital programs you could use to do the same thing.
the one i use is Inkscape. its a free and a quite powerfull vector program. its so powerfull it can do the shading
for you!

how good are you at english? i dont want to use long fancy words if i know you cant understand them and trust me i get very formal at times.
