I never mentioned a school for specials, no, but the Agency from book 1 is converted to help Specials train and the like. As for the Royal guard, they are generally asked to move into the agency if their powers are discovered after joining. Prior to joining they will direct them to the Agency as well. Flourish is a good example of this, since her backstory (from book 1) indicated she was a royal guard until her power came to light, and she was laterally transferred to the Agency from there.

had a feeling i imagined the part about the school since i couldnt find it again. Is there any specific timeline in which powers appear? I believe Clockwork key made it seem she had her abilities since early childhood and something similiar for galaxi.

It varies. Most commonly it would show about the time a pony earned their cutie-mark, but there are variances. For instance, Flourish learned hers much into her adulthood, while Clockwork's developed very early on. Filigree's and most of the others (Galaxi included) had it develop in their early teens. Only Trixie gets to claim she got hers from the actual surge the elements put out that created Specials in the first place, but given her immortality power, it makes sense she's outlived most others.

I liked the Samus Pony, what can I say? There is some confusion around the foreleg/blaster, but I figured it was just because that was a busy spot of the picture. The colors really made that tho, giving it a sort of watercolor feel that I just liked.

Sweet! Will do! I need something for when I'm going though my Clockwork withdrawls... Also, my older brother is Army, and I've caught thing here and there of thing he saw and had to do while making tours in Iraq and Afganastan. He's said there are things he was told he did that he doesn't remember (nothing bad, just some days that are a loss to him) So PTSD in your writing hits close to home, but not in a bad way. Can't wait till next chapter!
