Having messed with computers for 2 decades,
and
having seen hundreds of these chain mails
I must honestly say it is a shame to find one here, where we have as our theme the beauty that is found in living wood.
Why do I object to them?
Quite simply, no matter what is proposed as the compelling reason for them, the net results are that they bog down the net if they are at all successful. 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256
That is just nine iterations of doubling.
But more importantly, they waste electricity, and as they are designed to multiply exponentially, one successfully forwarded message like this could consume the power it would take to drive to work, or, light your house...
it is quite simply a waste of energy.
IMHO.

I know. I hate them too--but my mom and I have court in two days, so I need as much luck as I can get. I dunno... I think you get a little desperate when your da tries to kill your mom... But maybe it's just me.

Well I'm surely sorry for your troubles. My own mom was married 8 times. In Texas, you can be married 7 times, so the last time she had to go to the next state, Oklahoma, to get married. When I was 6 or 7, my brother had to go out to my mom's car and put a knife to one of these husband's neck. The husband was in the back seat of the car, and had his arm around my mom's neck. My brother was able to convince him to turn her loose. God has said He will be a father to the fatherless. No conditions, other than if you find yourself in that position, He promises to step in. Keep the faith.
