aheh, what you say is very true. Goes back to that "It's not the sword, but the person who wields it" saying and such. Shame people put you down for it. They're not cheap, so I can understand not having one... Those that put down others are sure to fall over themselves. Gravity.

To be honest my work is the same with a tablet and mouse... only difference is the brush style and sensitivity function... I've used tablets before but for joking around.

Ah I see. For me, I'm better with a tablet, because it feels closer to traditionally drawing than with a mouse. It's pretty helpful. ...I never practiced enough with a mouse to see how well I'd do to be honest...hmm....

But even with all the technological advances, I want to always be as good (or nearly as good) with traditional tools as I am with digital. I'd hate for me to not be able to draw well when all electricity in the world evaporates into radioactive nothingness.

Well that's good. Keeping true to the old ways of drawing before all the digital enhancements

and well with a mouse if you were to switch now I'd say it'd feel equivalent of going from a hot to cold room or vice versa... there would be a difference and I admit a tablet does have a few things that a mouse does not so you'd have to find ways to improvise to fix those things.

To be honest you probably would do good... but you may also find yourself creating a new style either on purpose or by accident... I have two different "or had i haven't used a tablet in a while" styles with both the mouse and tablet.
