At school, we have little areas with personal desks called pods and there's a kid who has a tarantula at his desk... in my pod. Another kid has a bearded dragon lizard thing.

lol. i asked my mom for a lizard, a frog, a chameleon, and a snake(wasted breath there). and i finally asked for a turtle and she said yes. i think she said it was bc turtles are slow. lol.

Hey, guess what? I was out at a pond yesterday running some tests on the water quality with some classmates, and we found a baby snapping turtle. We brought it back to school, and it's sitting in a bucket on someone's desk.

I named it Squirtle, but everyone calls it something else.
