Perfect - it's all working now, so it must just be than Contributors are not able to move deviations from one folder to another. That information will be useful to me in the future (I've just recruited 10 extra Contributors for my WLTA group!)

I'll work on sorting out the group, and select some highlights of art for the "Featured" folder, so that it is a proper showcase of best art, and can be used to help prepare future Features.

Yes, that seems to have worked.

However you have upgraded the settings for all Contributors. Is that what you'd intended, or just for me? I'd suggest that you upgrade me to be another Co-Founder (as you can have several) and leave the Contributors will the old setting, as you might want more Contributors in the future with limited functionality.

You need to click on the "group info" menu at the top of the main page, then click on the little pencil which appears at the top right corner of the drop down box. Then you can edit the group tag line" in the second box.

Looks like we've now got 8 new members as a result of the article, and I've had quite a few replies with people asking questions. A great thing about knife painting is that it isn't hard to get started - if you've already got acrylics or oils, all you need is one metal knife for about £1.50.

Yes i have enthusiasm by the bucket loads, i am loving knife painting. I always got stressed over detail when drawing but this is a new lease of life with the freedom to just paint.However i am getting through the tubes of paint so fast i might have to do some smaller ones for a while.

Thanks. Looks like the main things I can do are access the admin area, write blogs, and have my submissions automatically approved. But looks like I can't vote, or make any changes to any of the widgets. But I don't think any of this is a problem while the group is small, and I am kept pretty busy with my traditional art group...
