It is in develepment at Bethesda Softworks. From what I've heard it will probably be a primarily first person game. There really are not many details available as far as I know at the moment. What I can tell you is that Black Isle Studios (the guys who made the original games) were closed down to save money. I have no idea how you save money buy closing down a profitable studio but that's just me I guess.
